Ant-Man 3 director reveals Wasp will be the protagonist

Peyton Reed, shares updated information about the Ant-Man 3 movie and indicates that Wasp will be the true protagonist of the story.

During a recent interview, the director of Ant-Man 3, Peyton Reed, shared an update on plans for the third Ant Man movie. At the moment very little is known about the new story they will attract, but there are already rumors that it will be much bigger than the previous two, which served as comic relief after events as big as Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018). The script is from the writer of Rick and morty, Jeff Loveness and MODOK could be the big villain.

Peyton reed indicated that Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) will be the main protagonist, something that makes sense now that Wasp she's becoming a superhero in her own right.

“They are a partnership, and she is a very, very important part of this, she will be the big star of Ant-Man 3,” explains Peyton Reed.
