There is still a long time to go before Avatar 2 hits the big screens in all countries, but the team behind this film wants to make the wait a little more bearable. In the new photo, Edie Falco's character is wearing an RDA (Resource Development Administration) uniform. According to the official account of the James Cameron films, General Ardmore is the new head of RDA on Pandora. But, what is this RDA up to on Pandora? They seem to have many reasons for wanting to return to the Na’vi home, despite how bad things turned out the first time. Besides Falco, on the side of the bad guys we will find Giovanni Ribisi, Matt Gerald and Stephen Lang. It is a great mystery how some of them return, considering the events that happened in Avatar.

On the good side we are going to see again Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana playing Jake Sully and Neytiri, whose family has grown since the last time we saw them. On the other hand, Sigourney Weaver will also return to Avatar 2 as Dr. Augustine (another great mystery!). In addition to familiar faces, there will also be new characters; as is the case with Kate Winslet, Oona Chaplin or David Thewlis.
