Actor Clark Gregg, who has played Phil Coulson in Agents of SHIELD and the Marvel Movies, takes a look at his best moments.
curiously Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) has been there since the beginning of the Marvel movies, as he had a brief but intense role in Hombre de Hierro (2008), then we could also see it in Iron man 2 (2010), Thor (2011) and The Avengers (2012) where he died at the hands of Loki. Or so we thought because they resurrected him thanks to the blood of a Kree and he starred in the series SHIELD Agents (2013-2020). Without forgetting that we also saw its younger version in Captain Marvel (2019).
Interestingly, actor Clark Gregg revealed that his favorite memories are from those early days in the Marvel movies. "Honestly, it's the relationships and the people I was with in those early Marvel Cinematic Universe movies," he replied when asked what had been the best thing about playing Coulson in the past twelve years.
"When I see them, there is a great brotherhood," he continued. "We did something together that was really special and became part of a different kind of storytelling, in my opinion, of movies that were a chapter in a bigger story."
However, unsurprisingly, he also has many fond memories of his time on television.
"I feel the same, and in some ways even deeper, with my team of SHIELD Agents, by Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker. Elizabeth Henstridge, Ming Na Wen, and then Henry Simmons and many of the other people who have come. ”
"And the amazing guest stars, the ones I miss so much, like Bill Paxton and Ruth Negga."
Gregg concluded by saying that, above all, he is grateful to fans of Marvel movies and the television series, as they have supported him all this time. “The other great relationship is that there are fans around the world who have a connection to Coulson. When I meet them, it is an honor. ”
