One such scene involves Magik, who plays the typical high school bully in the film, bumping into Wolfsbane and Mirage after finding the two girls in their room. SYFY WIRE posted the clip that you can see below on her YouTube channel.

In the movie, Illyana has an attachment to her stuffed puppet named Lockheed (based on Kitty Pryde's famous partner in the comics). When Rahne and Danielle are in her room, Illyana finds them playing with her puppet, and it doesn't suit her too well and has another confrontation with Danielle, an antagonistic relationship that exists throughout the film in many scenes.

The New Mutants is the terrifying action movie based on the Marvel comic series. Five young men who demonstrate special powers are taken to a secret institution to undergo treatments that, they are told, will cure them so that they do not harm themselves or others. These mutants are Danielle Moonstar, also known as Mirage (Blu Hunt), who creates illusions out of other people's fears. Rahne Sinclair (Maisie Williams), who transforms into the werewolf Wolfsbane. Sam Guthrie (Charlie Heaton), who, like Cannonball, can fly at high speeds protected by a force field. Roberto da Costa, alias Sunspot (Henry Zaga), who absorbs and channels solar energy. Finally Illyana Rasputin, also known as Magik (Anya Taylor-Joy).

Colossus's younger sister, Magik controls armor at will and wields a soul sword that amplifies her multiple superhuman and psychic abilities. Invited by Dr. Cecilia Reyes (Alice Braga) to share their stories about when their powers first manifested, the New Mutants come to understand that they belong to a class of people called mutants, who have historically been marginalized and feared. As they relive their origin stories, their memories seem to turn into terrifying realities.

Soon, they question what is real and what is not, and it becomes clear that the institution is not what it seems. Now the question is: Why are they captive? And who is trying to destroy them? Tension and horror build in this thrilling ride directed by Josh Boone and co-written by Boone and Knate Lee.

Directed by Josh Boone, The New Mutants stars Anya Taylor-Joy as Illyana Rasputin / Magik, Charlie Heaton as Sam Guthrie / Cannonball, Henry Zaga as Roberto da Costa / Sunspot, Blu Hunt as Danielle Moonstar / Mirage and Alice Braga as the Dra. Cecilia Reyes. The film is now in theaters in select cities.

In Spain, the DVD and Blu-ray of the film will go on sale on December 18 | Cinema, comics and series
