FROZEN 2 arrives on June 19 at Disney +

Frozen 2, the highest grossing animated film in history, will be available in Spain on Disney + on Friday, June 19.

Frozen 2 tells the adventure of Elsa who, along with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, embarks on a journey into the unknown to discover the origin of her magical powers and save the kingdom of Arendelle, at the hands of Walt Disney Animation Studios and the Academy Award-winning directorial team Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, producer Peter Del Vecho, and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.

In addition to the movie, the new original Disney + documentary series Much further: this is how Frozen 2 was made will premiere on Disney + worldwide on Friday, June 26. In this six-episode series, filmmakers, artists, composers, and actors open their doors to cameras to publicize the hard work, dedication, and collaboration that are essential to creating one of the most anticipated films at Walt Disney Animation Studios. For the first time, the cameras show the challenges the team faces, as well as the creativity and complexity involved in creating the highest-grossing animated film in history.

Cast and Crew on the Film

Kristen Bell (The Good Place, Veronica Mars), Idina Menzel (Rent and Wicked on Broadway, Diamonds in the Rough), Josh Gad (The Book of Mormon on Broadway, Little Monsters) and Jonathan Groff (Spring Awakening and Hamilton on Broadway, Mindhunter ) return to Arendelle to lend their voices to Anna, Elsa, Olaf and Kristoff, respectively. Evan Rachel Wood (Westworld, Mildred Pierce, The Fighter) joins the cast as Queen Iduna, the mother of Anna and Elsa, and Sterling K. Brown (Black Panther, This Is Us), is the voice of Lt. Destin Mattias. The film is directed by Chris Buck (Frozen. The Kingdom of Ice, Tarzan, Crazy About Surfing) and Jennifer Lee (Creative Director of Walt Disney Animation Studios, writer and director of Frozen.
