Although it seems very difficult, today Charlie Cox's Daredevil is a little closer to returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe than yesterday.
The Daredevil series starring Charlie Cox was a tremendous success and fans of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) dream of being able to see him share scenes with Spider-Man and the rest of the Avengers. For now, it is something that seems impossible, since the rights first belonged to Netflix, but now they have returned to Marvel Studios, however there is still some legal impediment so that the actor cannot participate.

Luckily that may change and it is thanks to the announcement they have made recently, since Jamie Foxx will return as Electro to Spider-Man 3. But everything suggests that it will not be the same character, but will change slightly with respect to the one we saw in the movie The Amazing Spider-Man 2: The Power of Electro (2014). So you could use the same formula for Charlie Cox's Daredevil.
A clearer example is that of J. Jonah Jameson played by J.K. Simmons we saw in Spider-man: Far From Home (2019). That character looked the same as the editor of the Daily Bugle newspaper from the first Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy (2002, 2004 and 2007). Although it is the same character with the same actor, he does not have the memories and experiences of his previous encounters with Spider-Man, so it is a slightly different version. A formula that they will use with Elector and that could work perfectly with Daredevil.

We could see more characters from the Netflix series in Marvel movies.
Not only could they include a version of Daredevil from Charlie cox slightly different from the proposal of Netflix, but could return Jon bernthal as Frank Castle / Punisher, Elden henson like Foggy Nelson, Deborah Ann Woll like Karen Page, Elodie Yung as Elektra Natchios and Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk / Kingpin.
