Review of Now You See Me: Ocean Eleven with Wizards

NOW YOU SEE ME has the address of Louis Leterrier, who has directed films like Clash of the Titans, The Incredible Hulk, and Transporter. The script is by Ed Solomon, Boaz Yakin, and Edward Ricourt. It has a great cast like Jesse Eisenberg (The Network), Mark Ruffalo (Marvel's Avengers), Woody Harrelson (The Hunger Games), Isla Fisher (The Great Gatsby) and Morgan Freeman (Invictus).

The 4 horsemen is a group of 4 exceptional illusionists who are recruited by a secret organization with the apparent objective of robbing the rich to distribute it to the poor, and bring justice to society. To start this mission, they show themselves to the world with a spectacular magic performance, in which they manage to unravel a bank in France that is thousands of kilometers away, and make money rain in the room, before the public present. From that moment on, a persecution by the FBI begins, which tries to discover evidence that implicates the 4 illusionists in the robberies, although it seems that they are always one step ahead.

Now you see Me

The plot begins in a spectacular way arousing great expectation, with a very interesting story. As the end draws nearer the outcome seems very difficult to guess and we are eagerly awaiting the writers to surprise us and blow our minds with a genius worthy of a masterpiece, but this is far from reality. Among the 3 great screenwriters they have not been able to find a good explanation for what happened, and I think that not a worthy explanation. They have invented an ending as they have been able to get out of their way, and spoiling a film that until the final part looked like a 10 out of 10. The actors have embroidered their roles, especially Mark Ruffalo, who plays the FBI agent who goes after them, and that every time he is more unhinged because the 4 illusionists seem to always leave him in evidence.

It is worth highlighting the photography and the careful and splendid settings where the story takes place, such as Las Vegas, New Orleans or New York. You could say that most of the film is very entertaining, although the outcome ends up disappointing us.
