Director James Gunn has shared the funny story of how actor Tom Holland met mythical Stan Lee.
Tom holland joined to Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2016 in Captain America: Civil War how Peter Parker, also know as Spider-man. Since then, he has already starred in five MCU movies in total, the most recent being Spider-Man: away from home (2019). Spider-man was created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko in 1962, and has always remained one of the most beloved and well-known characters in comics.
During a question and answer session on Instagram, Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn shared the story of how Tom Holland and Stan Lee first met. According to Gunn, he was the one who introduced the two just after Holland was initially hired as Spider-Man. Lee's response to seeing Holland was undoubtedly unexpected, but hilarious. "Yes of course! I heard you're great! ” Lee said. "Personally, I don't see it!" Immediately afterward, Gunn said everyone "died laughing."

One of the great incentives of Marvel movies was knowing where we could find Stan Lee, since he appreciated in all except for Spider-Man: Far From Home starring precisely Tom holland. Which means his last MCU cameo was as a peace-loving driver in Avengers: Endgame.
Tom Holland is the third actor to play Peter Parker on the big screen, but many consider him the best. Beyond simply looking like he could easily pass as a teenager, Holland has found great success capturing Peter's personality and wit. For now they are preparing the third installment of the saga and also sure that Spider-Man appears in some other of the many movies that will be released in the coming years.
